The club will be buzzing until midnight, with live music from a fantastic band throughout the evening.

Ladies Day
Controlled aggression gets Beach home
Well-controlled aggression at the contest, personified by two men in particular, was the catalyst for a solid, if unspectacular, 27-point A-Grade victory against Wembley last Saturday.
Midfielder Steve Mansfield and utility player Matt Holden set the tone as the O’Rourke Realty A-Grade marched to a 13.9 (87) to 9.6 (60).
That combative pair ensured the pressure reading was through the roof against the Magpies and while the overall team performance was far from perfect, Mansfield and Holden were relentless.
In conjunction with midfielder Jacob Wheelahan, who also pressed forward to kick three goals, Nic Wells and Nic Reid, who continued his stellar start to the season with five goals, the Beach carried too much fire-power.
The only criticism would be that when they had the chance to really put the opposition to the sword, they relaxed a little.
That happened in the second term when they allowed Wembley back into the contest and in the last quarter when their opponents kicked the final three goals of the match.
On a day when defeat never looked likely, ruckman Josh Chapman gave the Beach first use of the ball and defenders Dan Leishman and Chris Wells were supreme.
Wheelahan probably earned best afield honours with as dynamic display in the heart of the ground while also asserting himself inside the forward 50.
Earlier the Lifenet A-Reserves produced a stunning come-from-behind victory after an absorbing battle against the Magpies, winning 8.7 (55) to 8.3 (51).The Beach started reasonably well but failed to capitalise on a healthy wind advantage in the first quarter.They didn’t need to wait long to feel the repercussions as Wembley rattled on four goals to one in the second quarter and it was game on. The Beach boys responded really well after half time and kicked three goals to nothing in the third term to seize the initiative going into the final 209 minutes.From there they hung on to record their fourth win in succession.Tom Hooper had a terrific game in the ruck, Blake Sawyer, Cooper Blackburn and Alex Thompson won the midfield battle, and colts captain Tyson Wright had a terrific debut game, playing well across half forward and in the midfield.
The Plasterwise Phil Scott Colts dominated and cruised to a 65-point victory when they never under any genuine threat.
Tait Saunders capitalised on a strong midfield edge and kicked five goals.

Flying start sets up threes win
A flying start by the Hybrid Linings North Beach C3-Grade laid the platform for a meritorious victory against one of the competition’s rising threats at Charles Riley Reserve last Saturday.
Roleystone is one of the most improved outfits across the league but were set on their heels by a Beach outfit that rattled on five first quarter goals and never surrendered the advantage.
Roleystone were battlers last season but with a host of new recruits, they have started season 2024 strongly and had already taken some big scalps before heading to Chas Riley for this round seven battle.
In what was effectively an eight-point game, the Beach boys were on fire early, led by Brody Hinkley who was dominant in the ruck and the likes of Adam Cockie, Flynn Rose and Isaac Seidner feasted on his tap work setting up Nathan Adler and Jack O’Gorman who continued their strong starts to the season.
Down back, Ben Sweeny was impassable and with his younger defenders in Jared Thompson and George Pullinger gaining confidence with every outing, they were resolute – particularly in the last quarter when Roleystone threw everything at them.
In the end The Beach endured 9.6 (60) to 6.5 (41).
The newly acquired Roleystone depth was evident in the earlier match when the Beast Carpet Cleaning C3-Reserves required a blitzing finish to secure the points.
The home side’s superior fitness and finesse were factors as they won 10.11 (71) to 8.5 (53) with Tom Howie setting the barometer around the ball, Mitch Lewis kicking four goals and Shane Duckworth continuing his strong start to the season.
The Indian Ocean Hotel Brett Jones Colts had it pretty much on their terms throughout as they carved out a meticulous 78-point victory against Ocean Ridge.
Reece Anderson has been a beacon for this team all season and kicked another five-goal bag in a best-on-ground effort, while Tom Caiacob, Max Castiglioni and Jackson Park were also prominent in a dominant display.
The Progressive Materials E2-Grade and the GJ Osplumb E3-Grade both suffered defeats, albeit in different circumstances.
The fifth grade team had as many opportunities as Ocean Ridge, but an inverted score saw them lose 6.10 (46) to 10.6 (66) while the sixes could not match it with Mosman Park and lost by 73 points.

Close, but no victories for women
aturday proved a tough and frustrating day for the North Beach women’s program – being close enough to snare victories against Wembley in both grades, but not quite polished enough to win them.
Wembley has been a formidable opponent since entering the competition a couple of years with former Fremantle and West Coast Eagles ruck Parris Laurie so often the difference.
The Hillarys Beach Club A-Grade women tried everything to reverse the trend but the Magpies had the answers and proved a little strong, winning 6.7 (43) to 3.6 (24).
There was no questioning the Beach effort with Tazma Hutson producing another classy display, kicking two goals.
The Hair Affair A-Reserves Women, after leading for most of the day and setting the tone of the game were denied in the run to the siren, losing 3.4 (22) to 3.6 (24).
The were unrelenting ands desperate and surged forward in search of a winning goal in the closing stages, but could not find a way through. Having kicked just one goal to three-quarter time Wembley manufactured a couple of majors to claim the result.
Both teams can see an opportunity to return to the winners’ list on Saturday as they play Rossmoyne and Shelley Reserve.
The Build Now Foundation I-Grade team confronted a formidable opponent in Kelmscott and took it up to their rivals before going down in a milestone game for three foundation members of the team.
Despite a brave effort they fell to Kelmscott 14.7 (91) to 11.4 (70).
Jordan Hill, in his 50th game, produced a strong effort while Julian Miller kicked four goals and Mailey Kelly kicked three.
The Beach fought their way to lead at three-quarter time but could not hold back the onslaught from the Bulldogs in the final term.
