Powerhouse utility player Aaron Jarvis completed a high impact debut season for North Beach when he won the A-Grade fairest and best award at the annual presentation night last Saturday.

Jarvis, a former Claremont  senior player, was an important part of the club’s seventh successive A-Grade premiership playing at both ends of the ground with distinction.

He got the nod ahead of classy midfielder Matt O’Donnell while wingman Steve “Thumper:” Bandy was the player of the finals, the experienced Shane Paap was leading goal-kicker, dynamic midfielder Chris Pearce  was rewarded for his consistency and Jon Turner won the coach’s award.

Other fairest and best winners were Rob McComiskie (A-Reserves),  Jake Robinson (E-Grade), Andy Meares (E-Reserves) , Will Prendergast (G-Grade), Ben Clarke (Phil Scott Colts) and Chris Mead (Brett Jones Colts).

The best clubman award was won for the third time by hard working stalwart Rod Cole.
