Please be advised that the proposed Special General Meeting to take place on Thursday 25 June 2015 has now been vacated and moved.
The meeting, to vote on a Special Resolution to adopt new rules for the Association, has now been scheduled for 8pm, Thursday July 9, 2015. Accordingly, a formal notice of the Special General Meeting has been circulated, as well as a copy of the proposed new rules (Constitution). Notice is required to be given to you of the meeting, as well as the proposed Special Resolution.
If you are unable to attend the Special General Meeting but still wish to vote on the proposed Special Resolution, please complete a proxy form.
Please contact a Committee Member should you have any further questions or queries with regards to the Special General Meeting or the proposed Constitution.
