A Special General Meeting of the North Beach Football Club Inc (NBFC) is to be held on Thursday June 25, 2015 at the North Beach Football Club Clubrooms, Charles Riley Reserve, North Beach, commencing at 8pm.
The Special General Meeting has been called to discuss the following:
Proposed adoption of a new constitution
The constitution is the club’s most important document that outlines how the club is governed.
All members are requested to attend this meeting, ensuring a quorum is achieved so that all discussions and decisions can be validated.
